Payment method: You can pay via KLARNA or with VISA, Mastercard, Swish and Paypal.

Price/VAT: All prices are in SEK and include Swedish VAT.

Klarna: Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where payment is made directly to Klarna:

• Pay within 30 days: Payment term is 30 days from the dispatch of the goods. The terms for paying within 30 days can be found here .
• Account: Klarna Account is an account credit provided by Klarna and which gives the borrower the opportunity to pay for their purchases in monthly installments with at least 1/24 (minimum 50 SEK) of the total credit amount used or in accordance with the terms and conditions approved at the checkout. • Pay Direct: Automatic withdrawal from your bank account: is based on direct debit and your account is debited approximately two banking days after the purchase has been made or the item has been shipped. The terms and conditions for using direct debit can be found here.
• Bank transfer: Your account will be debited immediately after the order is placed.

At the checkout, you complete your order. You will be given the option to choose a payment method via Klarna Check-out. When you enter your social security number, Klarna will perform a credit check and a credit report may be taken. You will be notified immediately if your application has been approved. In the event of declined transactions or technical errors at Klarna Check-out, please contact Klarna, call 08–12012010.

Different delivery address: If you would like your order to be delivered to a different address, you must change this before placing your order. We cannot change the address on an order that has already been placed.

Personal/Organization number when exporting outside the EU: We need your personal/organization number for the customs declaration when exporting to countries outside the EU. For a private order within Sweden or within the EU, it is not necessary, however, it is desirable to have the organization number if the order is to go to a company.

VAT handling for Norway: If you are a customer residing in Norway and no item costs more than 3000 NOK, you will immediately see the amount/price in the e-shop including Norwegian VAT at checkout. No other costs such as customs or other fees may be added. 

If this has happened, please contact us so we can investigate what went wrong.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS AN EXCEPTION: If you buy a part that individually costs over 3000 NOK, you will pay VAT and fees for that part/parts yourself. For example, if you buy 10 parts for 5000 NOK, some of which cost over 3000 NOK, you will pay Norwegian VAT in our e-shop for the nine parts that each cost under 3000 NOK. However, for the part that costs over 3000 NOK, you will NOT pay VAT in our e-shop, but you will have to pay Norwegian VAT at the border crossing for that part, according to Norwegian law (VOEC).

Orders from abroad excl. Norway: Orders from abroad are paid in PayPal if you have chosen that payment option in the e-shop. When you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation with order status and the total cost including shipping. This amount will then be deposited into our account. If you choose PayPal, you will also receive an email with payment details, you make an active payment in your PayPal app or on their website.

When selling to other countries outside the EU or EU agreements (not Norway) , the Swedish VAT is deducted from the final price. The recipient of the goods then pays VAT and any customs duties in their home country. The parts are sent immediately when the payment is in our account, this can take up to 3 days for European payments. The customer is responsible for any bank charges at the time of payment.

Shipping company: We use PostNord and ship goods 2 to 3 days a week depending on the mail flow.

* For freight that is extra bulky (entire mopeds and MCs, frames, large parts to Norsjö, etc.) or requires a pallet that involves costs in addition to normal freight within Sweden and Norway, contact us by email for more information.

Spare parts: Please note that most of the parts we sell are for the Swedish market. There may be differences on mopeds from other countries, even if they are the same brands. We offer a large range of used parts for older model years for vintage mopeds and vintage motorcycles. These parts are used and have been used before. We therefore have a quality level description of these used parts that it is important that you read before placing your order. The last digit in the order number is also the definition of our quality description. Look carefully at the pictures.

Pick up yourself: You can also pick up the goods or visit us at our store in Rösebäcken, Karlstad Municipality, between Kristinehamn and Karlstad. Select pick-up when ordering, you will receive an email when the order has been picked up and is ready for pick-up. Check the opening hours before you go. Items for pick-up must be picked up within 10 days of ordering.

Age: Rösebäcken Cykel & Motor AB's e-store does not enter into contracts with minors (under 18 years of age) without the consent of a guardian.

Tracking: We store the IP address of all orders. Otherwise, we will protect your personal data according to the Personal Data Act and we comply with GDPR. If you want all the information we have stored about you, send an email to: kontakt@rosebacken.se

Ordering: Placed in our e-shop. Look carefully at the pictures and use the exploded views we have, which we are constantly trying to expand. Please note that we never backlist products that are temporarily out of stock. Such products must be reordered at another time.

Drivable vehicles/Renovation objects: Purchases from these two categories are mainly collected at Rösebäcken (unless otherwise agreed). You have 14 days from the order date to collect your item. When you come to us to collect your item and are not satisfied with what you see about your item, we will refund the full deposit. If you do not come within 14 days, the deposit will expire and will not be refunded. If you purchase other goods at the same time as purchases from the Categories Driveable
vehicles / Renovation items in our e-store, this means that you must pick up all the goods in our store in Rösebäcken.

If you want to buy other items and have them shipped to your home, you make a separate purchase for these and a separate purchase from the Categories Drivable Vehicles/Renovation Objects , i.e. two separate purchases.

Delivery time: We normally ship goods every other day. Please place your order on weekdays before 2:00 PM, and we will try to ship as quickly as possible.

Product information: Through our QUALITY DESCRIPTION and through our PICTURES of the products, we want to give you as a customer the best possible information about the condition and finish of the product. In addition, we are constantly trying to increase the number of EXPLODED DRAWINGS to further facilitate information before purchase. But regardless of that, we must reserve ourselves against any typos/picture errors in our descriptions. Sometimes there can be errors, of course we do everything to correct the error as quickly and easily as possible. We want satisfied customers. We also reserve the right to finalize the sale of products, both used and new, on our website, in advertisements or other marketing materials. Rösebäcken Cykel & Motor AB has the right to correct any errors, change or update the information on the website and to continuously implement product changes and improvements on the website. We are not responsible for information on the website that comes from a third party.

The reason for this is that we cannot know how the product has been handled during assembly and how it has been driven during use. Therefore, no warranty is given for incorrect handling, incorrect assembly, trim parts that are incorrectly assembled or incorrectly handled during break-in, nicasil leakage, broken cylinder skirts, broken piston rings, incorrect oil mixture, etc. and consequential defects on other products. No warranty is given for used parts.
Rösebäcken Cykel & Motor AB is not responsible for events in connection with the use of products sold, new or used. Ignition systems such as HPI, Kokusan, and black painted parts such as exhaust systems, cylinders, cylinder heads, etc., are also not covered by warranties. Nozzles of all kinds for carburetors are not accepted for return. We cannot guarantee that returned nozzles have not been tested or installed and then we cannot sell these as new to the next customer.

Full right of return for unused (not assembled) items 14 days after receipt.

Complaints: Have we delivered a product that is faulty? The first thing you should do is email us at kontakt@rosebacken.se for approval of the complaint. Please attach pictures of what is wrong with the product. Do not send a complaint before we have approved it. If If your complaint needs to be returned, we will cover the shipping costs. In this case, we will send you a return shipping label. Always include your order number/invoice number or customer number to facilitate processing.

Wrong delivery: When we have delivered the wrong item to you, contact us at kontakt@rosebacken.se We will send the correct item(s) and a return shipping label as quickly as possible so you can easily return the incorrectly delivered part(s). We are responsible for the shipping cost and apologize profusely.

Right of withdrawal/Repurchase: Open purchase for 14 days from the date you have received the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging. If the item is not in completely new condition when we receive it back, or without packaging, or more than 14 days, the refund does not apply . You as the customer are responsible for return shipping for all returns . Once we have approved and received your return, you will receive your money back within about 14 days. We usually refund via the payment method you used when purchasing. Please note that we do not make any exchanges, if you want other items, place a new order. Returns: You always have the right to cancel your order in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. You have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your products, calculated from the day you received your package (the cancellation period). You are responsible for the return shipping. We do not make exchanges, place a new order for the product you wanted. Contact for return questions is at kontakt@rosebacken.se Please include your phone number if you would like us to contact you. Always state in the email the reason for the return and what action you would like.

Please note: Returned parts must not have been assembled or damaged in any way and must be returned in their original packaging. Be careful when opening the packaging if you need to return. We prefer to have complete packages returned. It is of course perfectly fine to open the packaging, but we ask that you be a little careful if you need to send it back. We ask that you protect the original packaging with outer packaging when you send it to us.

We do not accept returns of some items: Ignition systems, parts for ignition systems, nozzles, cut/sawed/trimmed parts such as fuel hoses, strips, cables, or otherwise affected/altered by the customer/buyer.
Cylinders and pistons that have been cut/pinched due to incorrect fuel mixture, incorrect assembly, overheating/over-revving, etc. are not replaced under warranty. Similarly, incorrectly assembled moving parts such as lamellas, bearings, gearbox parts are not replaced under warranty. Customer-specific manufactured parts are not replaced and cannot be repurchased by us. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on helmets. Please be sure to measure the circumference of your head just above the ears. This will give you an accurate measurement that you can then match with the correct helmet size.

Break-in measures: All cylinders, pistons and piston pins, needle bearings must be thoroughly oiled with two-stroke oil when assembled. A break-in period of at least 500 km is required. During the break-in period, full throttle should be avoided; a varied throttle position is recommended (but not full throttle) to obtain a sufficient lubrication effect and avoid overheating; use at least 3% two-stroke oil.

Transport damage: In the event of shipping damage, you must report this to the shipping company, who will help you fill out a damage form. Also notify us at kontakt@rosebacken.se

Unclaimed package at agent: As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that your package is picked up within the designated time. If a package is returned to us, we will invoice you a fee of SEK 100 plus shipping and return shipping costs. You have 10 days to pay this invoice. If payment is not made, the invoice will be forwarded to debt collection for further processing. Please note that no reminders will be sent for this invoice, the 10-day period applies. If you want your order sent again, a new shipping fee will be added. 

Products: Several of our products are newly manufactured, sometimes some processing is needed to make them fit perfectly. We try to photograph as well as possible and also describe in text as well as possible. Also note that a large part of the articles are used/used and therefore cannot be compared with new production. Some may also be NOS articles. The majority of new articles are copies. If they are original parts, this is usually stated explicitly on the article. See also our Quality Description. Rösebäcken Cykel & Motor AB reserves the right to refuse orders intended for resale to third parties.

Privacy Policy: The personal information you provide here will only be used by Rösebäcken Cykel & Motor AB and trusted third parties. The information will not be disclosed to outside, untrusted third parties. We process your personal information in accordance with applicable regulations and legislation.

Marketing: When you place an order with us, you accept that we can use your information to direct our marketing. Our partners follow applicable industry standards and protect sensitive personal data such as card numbers, for example with SSL encryption. You always have the right to access the information we have stored about you and to have it deleted if it is incorrect or irrelevant, contact us if necessary.

Copyright: The content of the website is protected by copyright. Product names and logos may be protected by trademark law or under market law legislation. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without prior written consent from Rösebäcken Cykel & Motor AB.

Distance Contracts Act/Disputes: We follow the Distance Contracts Act, with its possibilities for a right of withdrawal. We hope that we can resolve any return issues regardless of how they have arisen so that you as a customer are completely satisfied. If you have questions regarding complaints, your right of withdrawal or other questions regarding your order, you are welcome to contact us by email: kontakt@rosebacken.se. You as a consumer can also contact the General Complaints Board (ARN) via arn.se or by post to Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. In the event of a dispute, we follow ARN's recommendations. As a consumer, you also have the opportunity to complain via the EU's web-based platform for dispute resolution, which you can reach via http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Any legal disputes shall be settled in a Swedish court (Karlstad) and according to Swedish law.

Acceptance of purchase terms: When you have placed an order with us, it means that you as a customer have accepted and taken note of all of our terms and policies that are described on our website.
