Returns: You have purchased an item that you wish to return for a refund.

• You have 14 days to return the item from the date you received it. 
• You pay for return shipping. 
• We do not offer exchanges. If you want other parts, please place a new order. 

Please note that the parts must be unassembled, undamaged, and in original packaging. Some exceptions for returns apply to, for example, ignition system parts, cut products, etc. Full terms and conditions of purchase can be found here

Complaints: Have we delivered an item that has a defect? 

• Do not send a complaint before we have approved it. 
• Proceed as follows: always email kontakt@rosebacken.se for approval of the complaint. 
• Please attach one or two pictures so that we can more easily assess the defect. 
• If your complaint needs to be returned, we will cover the shipping cost. We will send you a return shipping label. 
• On the Order Confirmation (the back of this paper), mark which items you are returning. 
• On the Order Confirmation, state why you are returning an item. Write Complaint next to the item or make a note further down on the paper if you wish to provide more information. 

Incorrect delivery: When we have delivered the wrong item to you.

• We will send the correct items as quickly as possible and a return shipping label so you can easily return the incorrectly delivered parts. We cover the shipping costs.
